Founder & President, Monarch Global Agency
With more than a decade in the international fashion industry, Rina has built an extensive network across New York, Paris, and Milan Fashion Weeks — collaborating with designers, brands, fashion publications, and production teams on media relations, editorial productions, brand partnerships, and red carpet experiences.
Prior to founding Monarch Global Agency, Rina spent more than two decades as a licensed pharmacist. Her healthcare background bridges healthcare, business, and communications — supporting physicians, healthcare organizations, medical associations, and philanthropic initiatives with credibility and insight.
Beyond her professional work, Rina is dedicated to giving back through mentorship, education, and philanthropic initiatives — creating opportunities for youth, students, and emerging professionals.
